• Automatically collected: Device/browser info, usage metrics, IP address for analytics and support.

• Connected Account Data: When you link email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Outlook), we access only logistics-related email metadata and content to deliver AI features.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Power core AI features — from building Profiles and issuing Reminders to generating Reports and enabling Chat.

• Improve service performance, reliability, and feature development.

• Communicate product updates, optional insights, or support communications (opt-out available).

3. AI Data Handling

Our AI models:

• Do not train on your data — your email content is never used in model training.

• Do not store content long-term — processing occurs on secure servers, with retention limited to feature functionality.

• Do not share user data externally unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

4. User Control & Privacy

• Your performance profile and insights are private by default. You choose when (and if) to share them.

• You can delete data or disconnect email accounts at any time — all associated data will be instantly removed.

• Tiliport does not introduce, market to, or spam matches, even when enabling AI‑Match.

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, email) solely to operate Tiliport. All such partners are vetted and bound by our privacy standards.

6. Data Retention & Transfers

• We retain your data only as long as needed to deliver services or meet legal obligations.

• Data may be stored or processed in the U.S.; we apply appropriate protections for international transfers.
