• Connected Account: An email or external platform you link to Tiliport.

• User Data: Data imported from Connected Accounts or uploaded by you.

• Performance Profiles: Badge-style performance summaries generated from email data.

• Service: The Tiliport technology enabling profiling, recommendations, reporting, reminders, and chat.

2. Access & Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under your chosen plan. You represent that you are authorized to connect any given email account.

3. AI Features & Ownership

Content you provide (email data) remains yours. Tiliport uses it to generate Performance Profiles and insights, which you can share. You retain ownership of your data; Tiliport owns the AI output and platform features.

4. Privacy & Data Use

As described in our Privacy Policy, Tiliport uses your connected data solely to supply Service functionality. AI usage is private and not used for model training or external sharing.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or resell the Service.

• Share login credentials.

• Use the Service in any way that violates privacy or applicable laws.

6. Fees & Plans

All features are available in every plan. Pricing depends on email volume and history. Billing details and cancellation options are available in your account settings.

7. Term & Termination

Your subscription remains active until canceled. Tiliport may terminate access for misuse, violation of terms, or legal reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is.” AI suggestions are for reference and should be verified. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tiliport’s liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost revenue.

10. Indemnity & Publicity

You agree to indemnify Tiliport from any data misuse. We may reference your company name as a user, unless you opt out in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Notices will be delivered electronically. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
